I want to tell you is and not fake too, well when I bought CEX an Elgato Gaming capture card from the price of £42 and when I got it never came with USB. but I had to buy USB on eBay that’s like extra £4 get 1, but when I got it I plug in PC and my PS3 then guess what says….
Error 43
so i looked up and info i found says this

If you are using Elgato Game Capture HD for Windows, and receive error code 43, then it’s possible that the USB connection of your particular unit has developed an unusual problem.Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try to resolve this issue.
Adjust USB Connection
Try your Elgato Game Capture HD hardware with another USB cable, and other USB ports.
Restart the Computer
1) Unplug Elgato Game Capture HD hardware from the source and USB port.
2) Remove other USB devices from your computer.
3) Turn off your computer. If you are using a laptop that has a removable battery, remove it.
4) Wait 5 minutes.
5) Turn on your computer, and try to use Elgato Game Capture HD again.
Use Windows Update
Make sure your Windows installation is up to date, by visiting this page:

If your problem still continues, then while Elgato Game Capture HD is connected to a USB port, please run the Elgato Windows Reporter utility:

so I did them and never worked out so I call Elgato about it and they say thy willing send down to them and get a replacement by Post. but the problem for me they want me to send down Germany what place cant track my post at, so I didn’t have the money or nothing get that send down. then issue from CEX came threw and they say I can send this in the post get my money back and I went down Newest CEX then ask them to send this down direct CEX store. and the problem is thy was complaining about USB what they didn’t send me but I had to buy on eBay. so kinda my money £42 wasted from Scam Elgato what doesnt work at all.
